PacificWest Dental (PWD) is a group of orthodontists and dental specialists with offices in Vancouver and Surrey. PWD came to LAT because they wanted to ensure they were effectively reaching local Chinese customers with their service offering.

To achieve this goal, we recommended establishing a presence for PWD on WeChat to communicate their offer and advertise their clinic. We then set up and implemented an ongoing digital marketing strategy.

We helped:

• Create and manage Pacific West Dental Group’s WeChat Official Account, including developing unique and engaging content to appeal to their audience.
• Translate and localize the Pacific West Dental Group marketing assets (brochures, flyers, website, etc.)
• Implement a media strategy to grow the account with local Chinese influencers.
• Coordinate educational events on WeChat.

Our website localization and adaptation project, including Chinese SEO optimization, helped PWD achieve the fourth highest organic search ranking in Google. Meanwhile, our ongoing WeChat marketing campaign has helped them earn more than 800 followers to date. In 2019, these activities contributed to over 50 direct leads where customers booked or enquired about appointments through WeChat.
