Account Manager

Status: Full-time

Location: Remote work

The person we are looking for will play a key role at LAT. Our Account Manager will be dedicated to key clients to ensure that each of them receives personalized attention, while focusing on our stringent quality standards. He or she will also keep an eye on the bottom line for his or her account portfolio and will adopt a proactive approach regarding processes and efficiency.

Job Description

Customer Relations:

  • Promptly confirm receipt of all requests
  • Prepare quotes and negotiate deadlines with clients
  • Prepare and assign work to translators, freelancers, DTP specialists, etc.
  • Deliver requests in a timely fashion
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
  • Participate to client calls and look for business development opportunities

Operational Excellence:

  • Support the team with various tasks, as needed
  • Optimize our processes to improve profitability and the quality of our services
  •  

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Translation or a related field
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Versatile, organized, and methodical
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of translation tools
  • At least 5 years of experience in a translation firm or in the language department of a large organization
  • Ability to multitask and evolve in a context of changing priorities
  • Excellent written communication in both languages
  • Positive attitude
